background | Northeast Guanzhongsu (Dryocrassin), also known as Mianma Guanzhongsu, is a four-ring phloroglucinol derivative. Molecular formula: C43H48O16; Molecular weight: 820.83. Northeast Guanzhongsu is the main active ingredient of Antimalarial activity and anti-tumor activity of Mianma Guanzhong. Studies have proved that it has anti-Schistosoma japonicum effect. The dry rhizome and petiole residues of the Dryopteris family Dryopteris (Northeast Guanzhong) Dryopteris crassirhizoma Nakai. It has the effects of clearing away heat and detoxification and repelling insects, and is used for abdominal pain and sores. Its charcoal product stops bleeding and is used for bleeding. The main chemical components are Northeast Guanzhongsu, mianmaic acid, yellow mianmaic acid, and trace amounts of white mianmaic, crude fern, horse triterpenes, tannins, volatile oils, resins, etc. |
purification method | take the herb root, pulverize it, put 10kg into an extraction tank, add 70L of 90% ethanol and 20g of calcium hydroxide, stir and heat to 50 ℃, extract twice, extract for 2 hours each time, combine the extraction solution to filter, adjust the pH to 5 with hydrochloric acid, reduced pressure is recovered to 40% ethanol concentration, left for 12 hours, and 1kg of precipitate is filtered out. Chloroform refluxing, adding 2% 767 injection activated carbon to remove color for 2 hours, filtering, adding 20kg silica gel, recovering chloroform, drying, loading a short and thick column, first rinsing impurities with 120L methanol, then eluting the stream with ethyl acetate, thin layer detection, collecting the stream to 1/10 of the original volume, placing crystals, filtering out the crystal acetone reflux saturation dissolution, cooling and standing crystallization, the filtered crystal is dissolved and crystallized once, and dried at low temperature to obtain 340g of product with a content of 98.2%. |
biological activity | Dryocrassin ABBA (Dryocrassin) is a natural product of flavonoids extracted from Sophora flavescens, which has antiviral and antibacterial activities. Dryocrassin ABBA has antiviral activity against H5N1 avian influenza virus. Dryocrassin ABBA can inhibit coagulase activity of staphylococcus aureus vWbp. Dryocrassin ABBA can inhibit the immune stimulation function of dendritic cells and prolong the survival rate of allogeneic skin transplantation. |
